In addition to its advanced manufacturing capabilities, Fuyi has developed specialized resin formulations to achieve the optimal balance of technical properties based on customer requirements, such as heat resistance, operating temperature range, mechanical strength, and crack resistance. This ensures compliance with safety standards while maintaining long-term reliability in power transmission applications.

Manufacturing Process

 

Our high-voltage epoxy insulators are manufactured using vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) or automated pressure gelation (APG) technology to ensure a void-free internal structure, thereby minimizing the risk of partial discharge.

 

Our measurement and inspection systems are designed to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of our products, which is critical for custom-made high-voltage insulators.

What are the main advantages of your epoxy resin insulators compared to porcelain or silicone? Expand
In medium and low voltage distribution systems of 35kV and below, epoxy resin insulators offer a dry arc distance that is 25% greater than that of porcelain insulators of the same grade. This effectively helps prevent short-circuit accidents caused by small animals climbing or birds flying across the equipment. Additionally, their weight is reduced by 50%, and they can significantly reduce or even eliminate the costs of cleaning and maintenance.
