Our indoor series (such as the LZZBJ9 and LCZ-35) utilize fully enclosed or semi-enclosed epoxy resin vacuum casting technology. This material inherently possesses excellent hydrophobicity and pollution resistance. Against Sand/Dust: The epoxy resin surface is smooth and flat, making it difficult for dust to accumulate. Against Humidity: The vacuum casting process ensures there are no internal air bubbles, providing high dielectric strength that maintains stable insulation performance even in 95% humidity.
Thermal Performance in High-Ambient Environments The indoor switchgear temperature in the Middle East often exceeds 40°C. Will this impact the service life of the LZZBJ9-10/24/35 series? Expand
We have fully integrated the high-temperature operating conditions of the Middle East into our design and manufacturing process: Thermal Endurance & Insulation Class: Our epoxy resin casting system offers superior thermal stability. While the standard ambient temperature is recommended between -15°C and +40°C, our design incorporates significant thermal margins to handle excursions beyond standard limits without compromising integrity. Partial Discharge (PD) Control: Our products maintain exceptionally low partial discharge levels (typically ≤ 20pC). This is critical because it ensures that the internal insulation does not suffer from accelerated aging caused by electrical treeing, even during continuous operation at elevated temperatures. Structural Design Advantages: The compact, pillar-type structure is optimized for efficient heat dissipation. This effectively minimizes temperature rise during full-load operation, ensuring a projected service life of 20+ years, even in the harsh high-temperature environments characteristic of the Middle East.
