What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?

For standard products, there is no MOQ. For custom OEM/ODM products, the MOQ depends on project complexity and tooling requirements. We welcome small batch trial orders for first-time collaboration.

Can you design products from scratch based on our requirements?

es. If you don't have a complete drawing, provide your requirements (voltage, current, dimensions, application), and our engineering team will propose a design for your approval.

Can you print our brand/logo on the products?

Yes. We offer custom labeling, engraving, or printing of your brand logo on products and packaging.

What testing do you perform on custom products?

All custom products undergo 100% partial discharge test, power frequency withstand test, and dimensional inspection. X-ray inspection is performed on random samples.
