Our OEM/ODM Process

Step 1: Drawing Submission & Engineering Review
Send your CAD/PDF drawings or samples. Our engineering team responds within 24 hours, evaluating feasibility, recommending materials, optimizing design, and ensuring IEC/GB/ANSI compliance. All drawings are strictly confidential. NDA available upon request.

Step 2: Prototype Sampling (7-15 days)
Before mass production, we produce prototype samples for your approval – confirming dimensions, electrical performance, and installation compatibility. Test reports are provided with the sample.

Step 3: Mass Production (20-40 days)
Once the sample is approved, we move to mass production. Our Zhejiang factory has monthly capacity of 20,000+ insulators and 15,000+ transformers, with APG casting lines, CNC machining centers, and full traceability.

Step 4: 100% Factory Testing
Every custom component undergoes rigorous testing:

• Partial Discharge Test: 100% tested, <10pC (24kV and below) / <20pC (40.5kV)

• Power Frequency Withstand Test: 100% verification, 1-minute no breakdown

• X-Ray Inspection: Random sampling for internal defects

• Dimensional Inspection: 100% check on critical dimensions, precision ±0.5mm

All test reports are provided with your shipment.
